Just letting anyone know that I took my Trac in to a Ford dealer on Thursday to get the sway bar end links replaced by Ford under a TSB. I have an '05 with 25K on it and still under warranty - and the EE Sway Bar was installed a year ago. They never mentioned the EE Sway Bar when I brought it in for a check a week ago, and just said Ford has a TSB calling for replacement of the end links as a fix for any creaking noise with the Sway Bar. I asked if the end links were all they would replace, and even said I didn't want the bushings next to the axle housing replaced since I'd aleady done that. The guy at the counter confirmed it was just the end links that would be replaced. They replaced them and there is no more creaking and the ride and is substantially more firm. And they never said a word about the EE Sway Bar so likely never noticed. I would highly recommend :Dthat anyone having Sway Bar noise and still under warranty go ahead and call Ford and have the end links replaced for free.

Well I was surprised when they told me about the TSB and they would be replacing them for free so hope it helps anyone out there to get a new set. They definitely look more solid than the original ones and the ride is much improved. Now if I can only figure out how to get them to replace the shocks for free that will be something. If I do I'll let you know...

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!
