Thanks to all for the opinions. I think I'm going to go with the OEM cover, but will try to find one on E-bay. I really want one that folds. BTW...I think FlipTrac_511 as a really nice looking set-up. If that one folded, that is the way I would go.

I have the OEM cover, and agree that the thickness of it doesn't cause an obstruction to seeing behind me. The weight was an issue, before I figured out the proper techique to carry the lid by myself (there is a grip molded into the under-side of the lid, if you never noticed, and it helps a lot).



The lid also makes a good base to strap oversized items onto. I have done this with a matress before. just use the tiedowns to secure the load, and no worries about scratching the lid. The lid is pretty much scratch-resistant.
