I finally got it to load. It's all about the vets who got the crook's site shut down. Evidently, they paid him money according to one site I found.



If you try to go to www.foresakethetroops.net it won't load, instead it gets redirected to a tom cruise is nuts site.

Yeah, the guy should be fighting for the troops, not disgracing them. It's true a lot of troops are naive in some of their reasons for joining (I sure was when I joined) and I knew lots of Reservists and Guardsmen who didn't belong because they were just in for the G.I. Bill and bit of extra income. I even remember an officer who complained about the site of blood when he saw his own being extracted by a medic. He was all squirmy. There are 'leaches and loonies' in the military, but don't generalize the entire military as being morons. I've met many fine, professional, and highly motivated troops as well. Respect and gratefulness should be reflected upon those troops who fight for God, country, pursuit of freedom, and to kick enemy ass.

I think we need to make a trip to see him. As a Persian Gulf Vet I just don't understand some people. I signed up for college money but knew the risks. I served with many fine soldiers and we did what we had to and understood that we "raised our hands" to join. I don't regret one minute of my time in. We should send his a** over and let him see first hand just what we got "paid" for.

If he had half a mind in that hatrack of his, he'd see that even though we are getting benefits to live off base, or living in base housing, and all the med and dental, we still don't get paid in our base pay near what we would be making doing the same job in the civilian world. Alot of us couldn't afford to pay for the benefits the government affords us. (at least the lower enlisted corps)

By the way, my job as a Program Manager with 17 years experience would pay $80-$100K/yr. I'm currently make about $44K/yr. I think the military is getting a bargain.

Armed forces go on strike, re-negotiate, we need an addendum which states any vet can revoke the personal freedoms and rights of idiots like this permanently.

While I disagree with the bozo, that's part of the beauty of the USA and part of what the military is supposed to protect. IMO, advocating violence against him or deporting him because you don't like what he says is as moronic as what he has to say. Dislike it. Disagree with it. As I've said in other posts, voice your opinion but be responsible about it. This idiot is doing this purely for self gain as I've read off other sites. Supposedly he owns the hosting service that hosts his websites, even tried to sell it on ebay. This is a highly-irresponsible form of freedom of speech, just no place for it. Say you disagree with gov't policies and offer a solution, but to resort to the tactics of how he characterizes me and my fellow brothers and sisters in arms is a total mockery of the freedoms we provide for his sorry ass.

It just goes to show how ignorant he is about the military pay, just looking at some of his comments. Surely, the junior folks may make more money than their civilian counterparts if you figure monthly income. BUT they most likely work more hours, making the per hour pay less. Senior folks on the other hand make much less than their civilian counterparts..... I make about 80k, and could do much better on the outside with my degree and 23 years experience. But then I wouldnt have the opportunity to work with some of the finest kids in the world in the environment I love. He has a right to his opinion, I hope I get to meet him sometime, preferably in a dark alley.
