Yeah, the guy should be fighting for the troops, not disgracing them. It's true a lot of troops are naive in some of their reasons for joining (I sure was when I joined) and I knew lots of Reservists and Guardsmen who didn't belong because they were just in for the G.I. Bill and bit of extra income. I even remember an officer who complained about the site of blood when he saw his own being extracted by a medic. He was all squirmy. There are 'leaches and loonies' in the military, but don't generalize the entire military as being morons. I've met many fine, professional, and highly motivated troops as well. Respect and gratefulness should be reflected upon those troops who fight for God, country, pursuit of freedom, and to kick enemy ass.
