How about this.
Either add a line or generate a code (picture Icon or something or just text taken from their profile) to let others know what year, job 1 or 2 Trac the poster has.
Often they will ask questions but we do not know the year. So I look at their profile to find out so I can give better information.
Sure, some do not put it in there details, but those that do, get better help from me...
