front window guides

on the driver door the guide for the glass rusted off the bracket. i only had the truck about 3 years since new. i heard this is common so is there a way or a fix to keep it from happening again?

I have the same issue. The DS window guide has released from the spot welds on the bracket. I'm gonna try drilling the bracket and attach back with screws. Anyone have a better idea?
