Fuel Injectors

I was just wondering has anyone put on any high performance fuel injectors on their sport trac, and also do you have pics?

I think Todd Z did, or at lest modified ones. Pretty pricey if I remember, and he said there was little/no gain and it wasn't worth it.

I have the 30lb injectors, Had to have the Maf re calibrated, had to have special tunes for the xcal installed.

Overall performance, Not worth the time and money spent....

I had to tune down the injectors because the truck ran soo rich, the computer leaned it out and it started to ping.

The 4.0 does not pull enough air to support them, like the v8 mustangs and stuff do..

If you s/c or turbo, then you will need the bigger injectors.

No pics, because I wanted to keep it a secrete, but it wasn't worth my time...

I may even remove them before I re dyno my truck just to see if there was actually any gain.
