However, after looking through it multiple times, I’m struggling to know which fuse I should piggyback for my DRL. It’s a 2010 XLT if you haven’t checked out the link!

It’s just 3 lights on the grill. It would make more sense that they turn on with the engine, though maybe there’s a case to connect it when the key is in but engine is off.

which fuse should I piggyback?
 
Get a test light, Easiest way.
 
If your adding the led raptor type lights. I just spliced into parking lights, I run mine in auto lights so thay are always on when lights are. You can download an owners manual from the link in my sig.
