Anyone have a spare gas cap in good to excellent condition they are willing to part with?

I have a factory oem gas cap with plastic line thats used to fasten it to the truck I got a locking cap on mine now. it off a 2001 sport trac your tracjavascript:insertAtCursor(document.forms['MESSAGEFORM'].MESSAGE,':welcome:') to it if you can used it. I believe the 2001-03 gas cap is different from the '04 and later.

Odd thing about my '04 is it has the '03 filler tube. So it takes the '03 cap. My build date is, 11/03. The difference is 3 prong or 2 prong latch.

I took delivery in 6/04. I got left over parts...LOL

Plus it sure set for awhile before it was sold. Probably why my drive out price was $8.5k less than window sticker retail.

I always wondered if they would have took less. First time in my life, no haggle. I told them what I would pay. They imediatly said, OK..........

I just saw your post 10-31-12 I just check it and was a 3 prong, I still have it came off 2001 st
