Well - someone snagged my driver's side mirror in a parking lot over the weekend and cracked the mirror and housing - came out to find it bent all the way forward and cracked.
I saw the directions to the Gen1 mirror replacement, and was looking for tips on the Gen2 (2007 model) as the handle and armrests are completely different. The painted "cover" on my existing mirror is fine, so that shouldn't be a problem. I found a replacement mirror for $80 online and hope to be able to replace it myself.
Any tips are greatly appreciated!!
