Glasses fogging

Does anyone know what I can put on my eyeglasses to stop them from fogging up. I work in a kitchen and when I come out of the refrigerater into the humid kitchen I cant see squat... When I was a kid I went to the boat show every year and there was a guy selling this bright pink stick that looked like wax that stopped mirrors from fogging. I need something like that.

I've used this at my work place and it does do what it's advertised to do.

I have found that in most cases just moving my glasses about a 1/4 of an inch down my nose stops the fogging. This has worked for me, especially during sports.

I agree about the C-Clear. I've used it and it works well.



On my mirror in the shower I've been using Rain-X Antifog liquid. Smear some on a clean mirror (or eyeglasses I suppose) and no fog forms for many moons.
