Hi everybody,

I am thrilled to have found this web site and am soaking up all the great information from other owners, so thank you all for that. I purchased a 2010 Sport Trac Limited two months ago and am really enjoying it. It's a one owner truck with low kilometres in mint condition and really does look like new. I'm a died-in-the-wool Explorer owner having purchased a 1994 that I drove for over 400,00 kilometres with zero problems. Truly, I can say it was one of the best vehicles I've ever owned. Then on to a 2007 Explorer which, unfortunately, was not the same experience. When I saw this low kilometre 2010 Sport Trac in mint condition, I jumped on it. So far so good; my wife and I love it. If I could just find an OEM bed extender for it (the original owner didn't purchase one), this truck would be perfect. So, happy to be here and interact with other Explorer Sport Trac owners!

Welcome and congrats on the “new” ST. I bought my current one about the same time. Also a low mileage 2010 Limited.

I have a bed extender and tonneau cover to sell from the 2010 I traded in, but I doubt it’s worth you paying the intl. shipping to BC.

welcome, if you use Facebook the forums there are way more active then here....

Hello, Arc_Light. I'm just curious how, after a good year's trial run, your 2010 Sport Trac is holding up for you?

I have an '05, which of course is first generation, and the bed is slightly shorter. So I presume that by now you've found your bed extender and that all is well.

Thanks, Duncan. I found one locally in new condition for $80. Good score.

Hi Guswah. We love our Sport Trac and have had zero problems. We’ve just found out the past while it’s also excellent in the snow. Yes, we did find an OEM bed extender locally in new condition for $80.

I was wondering how much you want for the bed extender and cover. are they still available?
