Groan

Got an 05 last year and ride was very soft and bouncy. After researching here, I've done the following:



Reflex shocks

EE rear bar

Moog front links

EE front bar mount bushings



To say the least, the change in the ride was outstanding, but I have developed an annoying groan comming from the front when I turn onto an uneven surface (either the right higher than the left or vice versa). It seems to only happen when a torque is put on the frame, maybe from having such a tight suspension now. I have regreased the front and rear bars, and lubricated the body to frame bushings with a graphite lube thinking that was it, but it still occurs.



Anyone else have this?

Probably the upper ball joint.

The Ranger I had before got a similar noise and it was the ball joint.

My ST does the same thing, especially when I pull off into the grass. I've changed to the Reflexes too, and it still makes the same noise.
