Hey, Guys and Gals!!!

I know it's been a while...All is well in the Tracnblack household.

Santa was good to us all, here! Grandbabies are happy, and that is the most

important thing!

Don't know if I told you all earlier, but I am going back to College to be an

Emergency Medical Technician (E.M.T.) It's taking a lot of my time, as I plan on doing

this professionally, and with pride in my work, for my future patients, I plan to

study hard and take pride in what I will be doing.

Again, things are well and good here, and the 'Trac, with 29,580 miles, is running

well and has not let me down yet!

Last Mileage figures were :

20.98 Miles Per Gallon on 87 Octane:

Still running Mobil One Synthetic with the Motorcraft FL 820-S(?) Filter:

Goodyear Wrangler tires are still crappy, floppy, etc..., but still the original ones

with the 29, 580 miles on them...:

Stock Shocks: Yes (Sorry, Guys, one day, yes, one day I will upgrade...!!!)

Again, All Is Well!!!

I MissYou All, and I will be back soon!

(Good or Bad !?!?).

P.S.

Thinking of changing the Moniker to "E.M.T.Trac" when I graduate. whaddya think?!

Firedog, maybe chime in here on this one, as I seem to remember that you have

some training and/or experience in this field !;):)

Sounds like you've been keeping busy. That's a great profession if you can work for an emergency agency. I've had my EMT certification for 27 years now. Not doing that stuff anymore but hanging on to it just for the heck of it. Good hearing from you, now go change out those damn oem shocks! :D

I used to be certified as an E.M.T., Level One, back in Detroit, MI. , 25 years ago.

The book I studied from was about 300 pages. The First one that I am studying now

is called "The Emergency Care and Transport of the Sick and Injured" and is

1,236 pages! Oh, so much has changed!

And the 10,772 pound Ambulance that I do my Rotations in rides smoother

than my 'Trac!!!

I do need to get me some new shocks!

(But I do get all kinds of good comments on my 'Trac from the "Crew"!!!)

:D

LOL. That's why I keep up my certification. I would not like to have to go back to school and take the big state exam again. Good luck.
