That's not uncommon for large ticket items. The "no feedback" alone shouldn't dissuade one. Instead, if you want to buy a business, or a town, or whatever on eBay, then get a good lawyer to draw up a contract to be signed when you when the auction and before you send any monies.



As for this particular business, it has its merits, for the right person:



- Profits are on the rise

- But competition is stiff

- And you have to be in it until completion

- No "in and out" or early withdrawls.
