Does anyone have this? Just how good is it? Does it have less commercials than regular radio? Can you get a unit to add onto your present radio?

New model SportTracs you can order your stereo with HD. I think us older models would have to get an FM modulator with a HD tuner. That kind of defeats the purpose of listening to a crystal clear HD feed on a fuzzy regular FM frequency. Maybe there is an auxillary input on the stereo that I have missed for 2003?

I had an integrated FM tuner on another car and it was the best sound when you were in urban areas. Put sat to shame for clarity. The extra channels are commercial free and are set up to compete with sat choices. Thus you have a channel that plays all classic rock, one for 80s rock, one for classic country, one for comedy, etc.

My alarm clock is an HD tabletop radio and puts out pretty good sound especially when I crank it.

I have the HD Radio addon that you can get from Ford parts and I love it. The sound quality is a vast improvement over regular FM, plus I like the additional stations.
