Heated seats

Noticed the driver's side seat heat stopped heating.



Switch lights up but the seat does not heat.



Checked the manual and did not see a fuse or relay referenced in the OM that runs the heater.



Anyone have any experience where to look as I prep to investigate this problem this weekend?

First step, check for a loose wire or connection.

I had this problem last August, switch and light working properly. The dealer replaced the heating element pad in the seat.

I had the element replaced under warranty a few months after I bough mine in '04. The switch went out on mine last winter, and I just ordered a new one from the dealer.



Remove the switch, and swap it out with the passenger's side switch. They're interchangeable. If your driver's seat heats up, the switch is bad. Order a new switch and replace it.
