HELP! Cant Find Anywhere to Buy a Thread Setter

I have my spoiler, painted, and I want to install it tonight, but I have called like 1,000,000 places here for a threadsetter, and NO ONE knows even what it is, or has it..



Where is a good place to call for this sort of tool???

Body shop.... If they will not lend it to you , or rent it to you, Drill the holes, and pay them to set the threads....

I think sears sells them

Would the threadsetter be a RIVNUT Setter, or a NUTCERT Setter? Same thing?
