B-inlaw is still recovering at home. I havent seen him. Im told his bruising has turned very bright purple. He will definitly have some head and facial scars from the pistol whipping. His short term memory is getting better. Still very sore. Be awhile before back to work. He is maintenance a super @ our local ISD.

No word on the attackers yet. We suspect and hope the DEA will know. Since they have had the nieghbor in their scope. My niece doesnt live a bad nieghborhood. From what is known the drug dealer next door. Is not the type that has traffic in and out. No one suspected or knew it until this happened.

We hope when and if they ever move on him. It will be a round up. The attackers might be in the roundup. It appears the attackers must have known something. Reason is they were knocking holes in certain walls. Then beat my b-inlaw more when they didnt find drugs or $$. They didnt tear up the whole house. Most likely got their info from a 3rd party, but got the wrong house. The doctors think the last hit to the head took him out, was meant to kill him. The invasion and beatings lasted about 45minutes. Miricle they didnt shoot him.

To clarify one thing. He is actualy my x-b-inlaw for 5yrs. My sister and his problems are theirs. He has been and still is a family freind for 30yrs.

Thanks for your concerns and prayers..

Good luck. Hope they catch the b@stards. Too bad this is the type of world we live in today. I always have a pistol nearby...I have seen and heard too much not to have one.
