Msg to all QBs..."If your receivers mess up and are not where they are supposed to be on a play it's probably not a good idea to still throw the ball there!"

Fmarano--Just had to comment that although we disagree on the validity of what Rush said, I agree with you 100% regarding the comment you made about Donovan being a better role model and more successful than Rush. Regarding the rest, though, we'll just have to agree to disagree.

If I were a Cowboys fan I would not be excited about last nights victory...They paid a banged up Eagles team (both physically & mentally!), and really were dominated the whole game. Jones, T. Glenn and Bledsoe were shut down the whole game, until some costly mistakes were made by the Eagles at the end of the game. Look at the game stats...That tells the TRUE story of the game.

With the Giants getting beat yesterday, and the Cowboy's barely getting the Eagles...I still say the East is anyone division.

Ski--The Cowboys paid the Eagles??? Please tell me that that was a typo, and not an accusation of a pay-off being involved in the result of last night's game...

Enough already!!! I am a Cowboys fan and don't give a "shirt" about dem eagles, so since everybody was writing off the Boys, I never did until last night in the fourth quarter! Yeah I said it... it was a lackluster performance, but a win is what counts in the NFL! I was gasping for someone to stand up and play on defense before I feigned away in disgust. They are playing without a killer instinct which is what you need in the NFC East. Now you may call me chicken for fading out on them in the fourth quarter, but I was looking for them to go for the jugular and strangle the birds and send them to sleep, but that didn't happen until they decided to steal a victory.. but that is okay with this fan!!! The "eegles" don't own the East no mo! :D LOL

Just win baby!!!.... instead of trying to bash anyone for the way the cowbopys won a win is still a win and when the season is done if the eagles end up in last cause they dominate most the game and lose it in the end then they are still LOSERS!. Go cowboys!

oh and just think... if the boys got 1 more touchdown in each game the played the would be undefeated would they not? or 1 field goal and they would only have 1 loss.... I think they are better than people are thinking.... but let them keep thinking that way.

Dallas

Way to contridict yourself there Big D. First you say a win is a win, they you go on to say IF Dallas had more td's they would have been undefeated......a win is a win like a loss is a loss? Right?

I cannot believe that people are still talking about the Rush/McNabb incident.

I am so proud of what the Eagles have done in handling the TO nightmare. Coach Reid is more than understanding and went far to appease the waste-of-talent, Owens. McNabb is playing hurt and he should now step aside have the surgery. If he wants to play at all next year, he'd better get moving on recovery.

This season is over for Philly...TO guaranteed that.

Dallas fans got to see the replay of what happened to them (in the Seattle game) last night...but they were on the better side of it.

man, TO wasnt and isnt the team. They played a great game lastnight......they ran the ball and moved it for points. They dont need TO, yes, TO is a loss, but not so that they cant win games......

I didn't even hint that TO was the team. In fact, quite the opposite. Having TO on any team is a distraction. He causes huge problems. This is not unique to Philly...just ask the folks in SF. TO is a distraction. He takes the focus off the game.

He is a demoralizer. Philly is better off without him. Too bad that McNabb's injury is going to keep him off the field or, at the very least, from being effective.

I guess i did kind of contradict myself.... oops.

Did anyone watch the pregame show and see that they predict TO going to the broncos?... and the Cowboys were 2nd choice... i dunno after the infamous posing on the star incident... we just need emmitt smith to constantly be on the sideline to rock him again if it continues to be a problem... lol

Dallas

If McNabb is to blame, then so is Andy Reid and the Eagles secondary - just to name a few. Andy calls the plays. Why were they passing on 3rd down in the Eagles half of the field when Dallas struggled to move the ball consistently all game. Secondly, the Eagles secondary has been mediocre...at best. A lineup full of pro bowlers in the secondary that are giving up over a 100 QB rating on passes over 15 yards. Last year (if you saw the Monday night game) was at 40-something. I also blame McNabb for that terrible throw.

BTW - Life was better when Dallas was losing. I'm going to generalize here so understand that there are exceptions but Dallas fans don't like to give credit to other teams when they're winning but are quick to stick it in your face when your losing. Don't make it sound like the Cowboys won this game...the Eagles lost the game. Dallas was just lucky to be on the field when we did this.

Us Philly fans are some of the most dedicated and passionate fans around. If you disagree with that then it's easy to bring up the last time we've had a championship team and how involved the fans still are...and the hope that one day...we'll have a celebration down Broad Street. You go to some of these other teams and people stop showing up if they don't have championship team.

Eagles are done...but I'll still watch and hope that we can make the playoffs. GO FLYERS!!!

Fmarano,

If you are going to bother to quote me...the least you could is to keep the context. TO is hurting the team. It happens. We had that in Seattle with Karen Robinson. He distracted the team greatly. He was NOT the team.

There's no "I" in team...and someone like TO would respond, "They ain't no we eitha."
