Huge Pet Food Recall

There is a huge pet food recall going on for at least 50 brands all made by Menu Foods. These include the popular brands like Eukenuba, Iams, etc and it affects certain canned and pouches of wet food. Check out the website below for information. Animals are dying from kidney failure because of the food!

That just breaks my heart. Thank goodness my dogs food is not on that list.



It is one of those foods we don't really think about.



I feel sorry for the owners of those pets. Losing a dear friend like that is a heart breaker.

Yeah, I panicked for a second. We feed the greyhound Nutro Ultra and the cat Iam's but both are dry foods.

We feed our dog "Bench & Field" Holistic Natural Canine Formula from Trader Joe's.

Yeah this is horrible. Luckily my dog is safe but we are watching my uncles closely because his got recalled.

We had a 17 year old cat that died about 2 weeks ago. She was perfectly healthy, and then just got really sick. I'll be forwarding this info to my mom, as the cat has only eaten wet food for the past year or so.



Here is her picture, BTW. My sister took that pic about 30min before she died in my dad's arms, purring. It might not have been the food, but we'll never know.
