Thank you for your response. I don' t know if the A/C clutch engages. All of the functions work, but only if I am moving at highway speed. I printed your responses and I will give them to the mechanic.

If the Trac is OK at speeds, I would assume that a large load is present with the A/C on, such as a frozen compressor or something similar.
