Hypnotic Illusions

What is up with Hypnotic Illusions? I've been trying to call them for two days and they don't return phone calls. I left a message saying that I wanted to order parts and nothing! I'm looking for a good place to order the Random Technology exhaust. I called RT and they referred me to Hypnotic.
