IAC VALVE ?

Whats the name of that valve that gets a build up of carbon that needs to be cleaned about every 15,000 or 30,000 miles. and when the valve gets dirty it can cause your truck to stall when you come up to a stop. could anyone post the pic again or tell me where i can find the instruction on how to clean it.. any help with this. thank everyone..
