I can see how selling only Lincoln and Mercury on the new side would be frustrating- they have an older demographic, and dealing with miserly old codgers daily can be a grind- we sure have trouble getting them to spring for upgrades to their glasses or for premium lens implants. They can be very loyal, though....

The Towncar is a sales dud for the most part. The Navigator isn't far behind. The MKT seems to be picking up steam. The MKS sells very well, abuot the same as the MKX, but the record in sold units is... hands down... the MKZ.

Hey, Physo, i'm really sorry to hear of all the BS & crap you are having to deal with. Sometimes it seems that the whole world is against you, but DONT give up, you are very apparently a very smart person, and things WILL get better. Most dealerships would kill for a salesman like you. Your time will come. As a medically retired veteran, I can attest to the fact that work is very overrated,ha HA .
