info on my rear bumper

i need help, about 3 weeks ago a lady hit my rear bumper in a parking lot.. now my left side is tweeked.. my husband wants to untweek it. but we're not sure how to go about it on what bolts to loosen, if anyone has a pic on how to straighten the bumper out could you please post it or email it to me, you'd be much apprecated thank you very much.
