Info on sea foam

I need info on using sea foam. I want to know the pros and cons on using it. And the do's and dont on using sea foam. Thanks for ant input. From ladybug.

Dont add it to your oil. No benifit. As per my uncle an automotive lube engineer, for shell oil co.. He has done alot of research in this area.

I just did it to the vacuum line as linked above. i think it helped a lot. i have an '01 job 1 with 92k. was starting to tick, after the treatment not as bad. I also add it to my fuel.

I already did the throttle body cleaning. Idles much better now!

I have added to my oil but only for a short time to try and clean some of the sludge and gunk out my engine. What I usually do is change the oil filter, add the recommended amount of seafoam to the crankcase, leave it in for a day or two then change the oil.

I did the treatment a few weeks ago and it took the rattle out of the valves.
