Intake Tube upside down???

So, Autozone has an intake tube with the right curve for the ST, but its backwards. I was wondering if I could just turn it upside down would it still be ok to hook it up that way? I think I remember someone saying they did that, but couldnt find anything in search, and can't even remeber if it was on here. Thanks in advanced.

If you turn it upside down, won't the vacuum hose port be pointing the wrong way?

Well, I need to take another look at it. But from what I remember, it would be on the same side, becasue.....the part thats connected to where the MAF is and all that, the angle/curve is just backwards so if I turn it, the things should be on the right side.
