Depends on your OS. Microsoft released the new dates with the last XP and Vista updates. For those wth Me, 98, 95, etc (No Microsoft updates) would have to change them on their own.
Also, large companies with private software and other main configs had their IT crews running updates this past few weeks to insure not snags for tomorrow (Monday).
