I know, most of my questions have nothing to do with my sport trac. Everybody seems to have great answers regarding anything I ask though. Question- I am painting an outdoor shed and I got paint today. Once I got home I see it is Interior paint and not Exterior paint. Is this a big deal or not? thanks

I'm not 100% sure but, yes, I think there is a difference. Exterior paint is made to handle direct exposure to rain, sun, etc. You could try numerous coats (if you bought enough) but I would probably go get exterior paint. I know how it feels. I bought 2 gallons of the wrong color once. They are still in the garage.;)

The interior paint will likely look ok until it rains. Outdoor paints are formulated differently than indoor. I think the pigments are different too and will not fade as quickly. Where did you get it?? Sometimes the home centers will let you take it back and get you the correct stuff. Sounds like you made an honest mistake.. They may go for it.

you could use the interior if you want to paint about every 2 weeks, there are different polymers in the ext paints that premote adhesion and stability in the weather.
