OK so when i open my door my lights come on but then the front one flickers then stops working. when u tap it it flickers so i looked at the light not loose so what else can be wrong? help its drivein me crazy :angry::wacko:

Bad filament in the bulb..... Try wiggling the bulb, the connection may be loose OR slightly rusty.. Or even burnt !!

my dad looked at it no rust but when u mess with it flickersso we dont know what to do should i try a new bulb??

Try a bulb as they are cheap. Check the connection where the bulb goes. Could be a loose wire behind the mounting as well.

Yep, sounds like a bad bulb. At any rate, it is a distinct possibility and for the cost of a bulb you can rule it out before launching off into more expensive and troublesome repairs.

Speaking of which, has anyone been able to find the PC579 bulb for the front map lights? I found a case of them once, but I don't really need 10.
