Yes, it is. What format are the movies in now? You can download PSP Video 9 (free download) to convert to movies into a format readable by the iPod. Then its just a matter of dropping the converted movie files (should be a .mp4 format) into iTunes, plugging th iPod into the computer and letting iTunes auto-update the iPod with the movies.
