Is the 07+ Explorer front end same as ST?

I am wondering if the 07-10 Explorer front end is exactly the same as a 07-10 Sport Trac; both exterior (body) and interior (frame/engine bay). Trying to figure out if some aftermarket parts are interchangeable between the two front ends. If anyone knows the answer to this or could help steer me in the direction of getting and answer it would be greatly appreciated.

Remember, the 2008 -2010 Adrenalin Sport Tracs have their own front end and different side vented fenders. So, they will not match for sure. I think the Sport Trac has slightly different parts versus the Explorer last time I checked.

Thank you, swshawaii. I will look through the thread later. And heywardjr, I am just looking at the ST not the STA. To be even more specific, the ST V6 vs. Ex V6.
