Hiya!
Scanner gave a "P0174", "lean on bank 2". I put a leak tester on, and smoke was coming from the bottom of the connector circled. In case some context is needed, this is on the drivers side just prior to the intake manifold. I removed it, cleaned up both surfaces, tightened it as tight as I dared (I hate screws) but it still leaked. Is a little gasket sealant appropriate? Would a new <whatsit> be called for? Most of my backyard mechanicing was on OLD vehicles. I cut my teeth on my Dad's '69 Ford XL w/ 390
Thanks!
Brian
