It's snowing!

Woke up this morning and it was/is snowing with about 1 inch accumulated.



Went out for a short trip in the trac. Temp on the overhead console says 34 degrees, the weather on weather.com says it is 32 right now.



Streets are slushy and wet and slick. Trac handled well.

I have been in "cold" country for 5 winters counting this one. Before that I was in Arizona where we had warm summer and hot summer.



Not sure which I prefer, Arizona heat or Washington cold.



I should be a snowbird and enjoy best of two worlds.

Here in south Jersey, it was 76 degrees just a few days ago. But it seems that it almost always snows on Thanksgiving, even if it's just flurries, and sure enough -- it did! No accumulation, but it was enough to let you know that Christmas is just around the corner.

I wish we'd get some winter weather. Even rain would be welcome. It's been a VERY dry Fall here. We've had quite a few wildfires lately too.
