I got the wiring connected. for the moment it is just lying there, the mounting bracket should arrive tommorrow. I couldnt wait anymore and needed to play with it.



I am burning a disc so that I can change the wallpaper on it.



the parking brake and foot brake wires are not hooked up yet, I have an override module ordered, that should arrive tommorrow as well.

It wont let me do a thing since the parking brake is not hooked up. I guess I just have to wait until my override module arrives.

Check out this site... this guy is the only person I've found who has successfully hacked the wallpaper files, and he makes custom ones for people who send in pictures. He does it for free, so it might take a while to get, but he's got some pretty cool ones on his site already that you can download.

It is installed and it looks great. still waiting on the bypass module but it is in my dash and I am pleased with the results. Hopefully I wont have to take it out for a while, it has a ton of wires. I will have to add 2 more when I get the portable gps.
