Sammamish,
Hey JD im looking to get some subs and an amp for my st and was wondering if this sub amp combo would fit in one of your under seat boxes. Your website is down so i didnt know.

Thanks,

Ben

The mounting depth is fine but I dont think his boxes have the .80 cf air space that is needed for a sealed box on those subs. Could be wrong also about that.

Well website doesn't seem to be done anymore.

But I don't make any underseat boxes. If you mean behind seat box then yes it will fit and as ions said the box total for a dual 10 is approx .75

1.04 - What happens if the box is too small?

If the box is too small will typically result in a boomy system that appears to have strong midbass and less low bass. Typically power-handling is improved though, unless the box is REALLY too small! You can compensate somewhat for a small box volume by adding stuffing to the box. The stuffing can make the box appear up to 40% larger to the driver. Note that sealed systems are generally a lot more tolerant of variation in box volume than are the other tuned-port systems such as the ported and bandpass systems.

and linked for the lazy
