Jeff see do you have any pictures of the back side of your sub box. it looks similar to one i made but looks like you were able to do it without fiberglass. Mine was pretty loud and i little bigger than yous. but i sunk in the speakers to make sure they would touch the seat when they hit which took up some good space. Do yours cause a problem when they hit the seat, and how does it sound?

No pics of the back. It's just flat wood. Speakers weren't sunk in and do touch the seat. Sounds fine to me and people who've heard it.

ok cool, i was just worried you could hear the surround hit the seat but i guess you cant?
