Job 1 and code P0171

Did I read somewhere that the 2001 Job 1 ST doesn't have the elbow that seems to crack and code then reads P0171, 174? Is the elbow in the same spot as in other threads (pics)? I promise this will be the final ??? My shop is not cooperating with me on the codes and part.

I believe the job 1 and job 2 is different I have no clue where the elbow on that engine is sorry.

Your correct, the Job 1 version does not have the elbow. The code 171 and or 174 is still a sign of a vacuum issue, it is just a matter of finding it. The Job 1 is considerably harder to pin point the source.



Have the engine running and spray carb cleaner all over the vacuum hoses and the intake where it seals to the engine. When the engine changes it's RPM's you have found the issue...
