just installed MAC intake!

I just installed my MAC intake. It was pretty easy, except for the piece of rubber hose they gave was a little short to connect to the chrome tube. I modified it a little and now it works so far. Just thought I would chime in...

NO, IF YOU USE THE SHORT TUBE YOU'LL LOSE YOUR BEARINGS AND BE LOST.



You should be able to pickup some crankcase vent hose at the auto store and run a length of it.

I love my MAC. Can't really tell any difference in performance but makes a cool "whoosh" sound when you step on the gas. Plus I like the idea of cleaning the filter instead of buying a new one. I think most the whistling posts I have read come from the K&N.
