I have struggled on the decision of weather or not to go with KC or Hella Driving Lights...Hella lights seem to be cheaper, but which perfoms better. I see a whole lot more people driving around with hella lights than kc lights...Please help me

Hellas are streetlegal. KC (Daylighters) are offroad only. That's how I decided. My dad has KCs, and they are a much brighter light, but I do just fine by the Hellas for driving lights on the street.

Same here! Hella Black Magic. Keep in mind also which light bar or front grill guard you are going to use, if you plan on one. Some lights do not fit on Safari bar.

KC's baby...they're bright, I have KC's on my ST, I actually have theTitanium Driving SlimLite

Single Lights 130w Ice Blue bulb. They are driving lights, not the KC DAYLIGHTERS lights.

I picked the Slimlite because I mounted them in the lower opening since I don't have a safari light bar on my ST and they are actual driving lights. You can see them mounted if you click on my pic folder, I changed the light covers to match my ST.

I have KC daylighters and love them. They are street legal as long as I don't have them on the same time as the fog lights. I drive some dark back country roads to get to my house and they really light it up. If you do decide on KC's, just make sure you get polished stainless steel and not chrome. The lights have a life time warranty. -Heather

Same as bpoche, Hella 500's.

I had a hard time decided between PIAA and Hella, but it ultimately came down to how much I wanted to spend because both brands are high quality lights.

Does anyone know if Hella offers any other light covers for the 500 series?

i have hella 500 series driving lamps and love em. bought them for 70 bucks new and man do they light up the roads. KC's- friend has them on his tundra, better then the hellas but for the money you cant beat hella.

safari bar holds up to 6" round lights

*pedro-nice looking S/T man, i love the push bar with black magics...sick man

Has anyone tried ProComp Explorer lights. I know alot of people have bought their shocks. I searched and did not see any posts on their lights. Thanks.

I'm happy with my Hella's. They fill in the dead area between the high beams and the fogs very nicely.
