Kenwood DDX-6019

I know there are a few of you that have installed this head unit in your 'Trac. I've got the bezel clearanced so that everything will fit, but my question is how did you secure it? Since you can't use the frame that comes w/ it, did you have to fabricate some brackets? If so, what'd you use? Just give me a description of what all you used, etc. Thanks!

I haven't installed mine yet.. but I was told I need a kit like a Scosche FD1330 double din to install it..... i picked that up and it looks like thats all I'll need.

There is a metal bracket under the factory radio, all I did was screw the metal bracket holder piece that comes with the kenwood to it and then slid the kenwood in. It did take some time to make sure it was lined up and centered but take your time. Works perfect!
