I've got water pouring out of the headliner onto my leg from all this rain we've gotten. I'm assuming I didn't put enough black silicone around the Sirius antenna wire that I ran though the high mount stop light. Is there any other places on the ST that are known to be a possible leak problem if the HMSL is not the problem area?

I'm not sure about leaks, but here's another solution for your antenna.

I ran it out the door jamb, and up the molding for the windshield. no leaks. Reception is fine. Just a suggestion in case it is actually leaking water through the third brake light assembly.

I actually had it in the same spot when I first installed it (I had actually seen your pic). But in the installation instructions (I actually read them, must be a sign of getting old) it said to mount the antenna at least 6 inches from a window so I went with the top of the roof 6 inches from the thrid brake light.

what was their reasoning for that? I think I read that somewhere too, but didn't pay it any attention. just curious.

I had mine mounted about six inches from the third brake light and shortened it down to about 3 inches of wire exposed, no degradation in signal. I put a good solid line of clear silicone and thankfully no leaking so far.[Broken External Image]:
