Hello,



I have a 4.0L 2001 Sport Trac with 120,000 KM. I had the 5R55 out about a month ago due to a 5th gear shift flare. While it was out I changed all of the O2 sensors due to a dead heater code in one of the sensors. Now the transmission works beautifully but I am am getting an intermittent bank 1 and 2 too lean condition with noticeable reduction in power. I don't think it is the new O2 sensors as both banks come up with the code. Since both banks are affected I suspect intake. I cleaned the MAF but it still comes back.

Anyone else run into these codes P0174 and P0171 at the same time?

IF it's a JOB 2 check this first. Make sure you inspect the under side. GL

The part number from Ford is 4L5Z-6758-HA and costs about $30 from the local dealer.
