Leather seats from a 05 Mountneer fit in te 07 trac?

I founf a great deal on seats from a 05 mountneer. The seats look close to the same and the rear bench mounts look very similar to ours. Any one know if it would fit?

Also they are power seats and my stock seats arent. Do you know if the manual seats are pre wired?
