led flasher/relay

Ok so I'm planning on putting in leds and i know i need the ep-27 flasher......only problem is all I can find on ebay is 3 or 2 pin relays. Am I searching wrong or something lol. I'm in Canada and for some strange reason no one knows what I'm asking for. This is driving me nuts lol. Any one know where i can get one or is it called something else up here?:angry:

Mark Amazon will not ship to me here in Canada. I just tried and it says they will not ship electronics to Canada.
