Most any local body shop could do it in five minutes or less for small money...

I just got some steel braided cable and put it through the holder, through the bumper cladding, and lashed it down to the tow hooks.
Tired of NYC parallel parkers knocking it off.

When I put my front hitch on I had to remove and relocate the front holder. The dealer poped two steel rivits for free.

I'm replacing my rivets tomorrow. I got them at my dealer for $1.23 each, pn#-N803043-S. Too easy!:lol:
