Lock help quick

Ok left rear door on my gen 1 sport trac xlt is not working. No key cylinder so I can't use the key also I can't lock it using the button on the remote or the button on the door at the front(power locks) and I can't lock it by pushing the rod up or down. Hats the problem? I was thinking maybe the lock actuator but it's discontinued what can I do? What's the problem? Anyone?

I just had to replace both latches on mine. Mine were stuck closed and the locks were unlovable as well. If it just happened, you may be able to open the door up and lube the latch up if the lock mech isn't too frozen up.
