Loose bed

I have a 2001 Sport Trac. Found excessive movement in the bed while traveling down the road. Got to looking and found that where the front left(Drivers side) bed bolt fastens to frame there is a hole. My question is. Does the bed bolt directly to the frame or is this a crossmember or and attachment to the frame that the bed fastens to? Looking for a repair or suggestion. Thanks.

If I remember correctly, there is supposed to be a speed nut on the frame.



Odd that it popped. Get a new one and tighten the others (#50 Torx). (See link for pic (not size).)

Here's a pic of the bed removed. I believe the bolts are T55.

Speed nut still on bolt. There is a hole where that speed nut is is supposed to be in frame. Thanks for the pick. Thanks for the responses.
