Here are the dyno runs Ron Brezina recorded for just about every combination of performance upgrade you can imagine, except for the supercharger. He was using a custom tuned Superchip at the time because the X-Cal flasher wasn't available back then. The numbers are probably similar, though.
As far as the MAF argument goes, compare the Red and Purple lines. They represent the difference between identical setups, except, Purple has an aftermarket MAF (I don't know which one) added. On horsepower, the aftermarket MAF overtakes the stock MAF at around 4100 RPM.

On torque, the aftermarket MAF overtakes the stock MAF at around 3700 RPM.
