Considering the MAFSensor is critical to engine operations,
I'd stick with a new FordMotorCraft part,
avoid being tempted by cheap off-brand parts.

MassAirFlowSensor
Mounted in the AirDuct between the FilterBox & ThrottleBody.
Sends raw FlowVolume + Temperature + Pressure signals to main computer PCM, that then calculates true Mass of Air Flowing into engin, then adjusts Injectors for proportional corresponding FuelFlow.
Reason FuelInjected engines are more efficient & run better at SeaLevel & on 13kFt mountain passes, compared to engines with Carbs.
